I take, by the lack of mention in the walkthrough (and by the instant dash of the orc guardian from all positions of his path), that there's currently nothing to do outside of the village - other than getting oneself stabbed by orcs. Are you planning to add out-of-own scenes?
That is correct. I always imagine I will design epic, multi-chapter games but then reality hacks them down to one-village games! :D
So, the outside area map was actually finished but no other locations are. I just included it for a fun medal. If the game remains popular with Patrons, I could add more external villages, if they ask, but at this point the direction is more towards finishing the Brothel inside the village.

The basement will unlock when there are enough girls on your team to have a selection for the brothel. However, each new girl I add is months of work... so not likely for awhile.
The Spa Cave is actually finished but the adjoining sex event is not, so it's just a teaser for some future update as well.
I can't seem to level Abby up at all. When a customer comes into the brothel, there is no option to haggle with him. Am I missing something?
The most likely reason is you are not paying Abby a high enough commission. At 10% She only unlocks the Brothel. At 17% she negotiates with Brothel customers and can level up. At 25% She will negotiate with your existing clients (Anno, Lamer, Lai...)
You can increase the commission at the start of each day, when you pay her the fee.
edit: I also found an ERROR in the game that could be causing your issue!
Abby is supposed to join AFTER you get the Lillac Window Boxes. A message will appear telling you to talk to the Merchant. Then, Abby will join your group after sex in the spa and you can level her up.
However, there is an error in the game that allows Abby to join your group the first time you have sex with her. (it looks weird as she will also STILL be in the spa) As far as I can tell, she will still join at the correct time, even with this error, so if that happened, you can just wait.
I will have fixed this error in the next update. v1.08c on Feb 15.

i cant find the secret path for granny's house and the scuba mask
To enter the secret path near 'bounce-boots-granny' stand under the red roof, facing down, then click or press enter to walk through the house to the daily grapes bonus. The scuba mask is in an area I never had time to finish, so you can't get it.

Eye of the Boholder: Choose facial cumshot and there is a chance it will squirt into her eye, forcing Harlot to close it. Kind of a joke.
Sorry about not explaining the password better. I will include an in-game alert next time. So, the locked content automatically unlocks at the specified date. The password is ONLY needed if you wanted to access the content before Nov 15.
