Aaah, now that spring has arrived I've spent most of me free time in the garden. I planted easily 50 flowers, shrubs and vegetables. This is my favorite time of year, when the weather is still nice, the mosquitoes aren't out yet and I can get some real work done outside. I'm even building a limestone path from the front door to the back door. I was going to put up pictures of my garden and landscaping but this isn't a personal blog so...

I did get a full week of work in on art for BB1. About 20 character pictures, and some minor terrain work and city tile placements. Here's a quick sample of some random game characters at 75% scale:

I was also drawing some commission pieces. I finished one completely and had a 2nd and 3rd pencilled when my special Japanese Inking pen ran out of ink. So, what's the big deal, RIGHT? Just buy another one. Yeah, unfortunately I live in a hillbilly town with no art store. While I was pondering this dilemma I leaned back in my old art drawing chair and it snapped in half... Super! So, the next two weeks were shot but finally I got some time off and drove to the city and bought a new chair and pen. I was hoping to get the other two pieces done for this update but it will be a few more days. Check back in a week, considering my incompetance at time estimation.
